Just a blog about this gay girls journey through pregnancy and motherhood…and of course the occasional rambling about whateves.
Read about my shenanigans here or watch them on Showtime’s  The Real L Word Season 2. No, I will not hook you up with Whitney 🙂

My name is Caitlin Blennerhassett; I’m a lesbian Mom of one from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I’m a doula and (hopefully, if I am accepted) student midwife. I watched your season and really loved your story! Congratulations on the pregnancy!! Recently, I won tickets to see the premiere of More Business of Being Born (, taking place in LA on the 9th (Wednesday). Unfortunately I can’t go, as it costs a ton to travel. The first movie, The Business of Being Born. done by Ricki Lake and Abby Epstein, changed my entire outlook on birth (I talk about it in a blog post here – If you haven’t seen it already, you should – it’s amazing. Anyway, I thought you might be interested in attending, as the movies are really useful for expectant parents. So, if you’d like the tickets, I think I can change them to your name for you and Kacy.

I hope this comment reaches you in time – I wasn’t sure where to send it. I’ll send one to your Facebook page as well. I can be reached at

Cori and Kacy Hi, my name is Maria Rita’m from Brazil, I do not speak English very well. I live in São Paulo, have a child of five years and a girlfriend( she is a light of my life). I own a gay site. We talked about marriage, engagement, children, family life. Here in Brazil is very difficult to be gay, have suffered much prejudice. I wonder if we could do an interview with you to the site, or if they could speak a few words about marriage, cohabitation, the opnion of you on marriage and family. That would really help everyone to feel embarrassed, worried, sad to be who they are and the impossibility of living relationships “complete”. Help us much. If you can visit our website Here in Brazil we love The Real L Word. We love you. Thank you. kisses
